Buying and/or selling a home is an important, personal decision. With 17 years in the financial services industry, over 11 years in real estate brokerage, and a personal interest in purchasing and renovating homes, I fully understand the market and my client's emotional and financial commitment when buying or selling their home. I am committed to ensuring my clients make informed decisions and have a pleasurable, satisfying experience throughout the process.
Originally from Connecticut, I moved to Charlotte, NC in 2003 and joined Bank of America where I served as a Senior Vice President, Compliance and Operational Risk Management for much of my career. While at Bank of America, I gained experience leading successful teams, resolving complex issues, and implementing initiatives both in the US and abroad. In 2014, I joined Helen Adams Realty and was awarded Rookie of the Year and the Platinum Customer Satisfaction award. Since then, I have established a large, diverse client base and continue to be a leader in both sales and customer service, most recently at the Gold and Platinum levels. While in Charlotte, I renovated homes in the Chantilly, Elizabeth, Eastover, and Oakhurst neighborhoods and built and designed a home in the Cotswold neighborhood. My interest in real estate goes back decades working on home improvements, additions, and renovations with my father, a retired Electrician. I have always been drawn to real estate and have experience in staging, renovation, landscaping, interior design, and construction.
Moving to the coast has always been my dream and I am thrilled to have joined Intracoastal Realty and expanded my business to the Wilmington area real estate market! My husband, Jason, and I are currently renovating a beach cottage in Oak Island and reside in the beautiful Landfall neighborhood in Wilmington with our son, Austin, and mini golden doodle, Tucker. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling in the US and abroad, tennis, reading, football, interior design, home improvement projects, hands-on volunteer work, and of course, boating, fishing, and the beach! I am a member of the United States Tennis Association, Mercy College Alumni Association, Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, and the Cape Fear Regional Realtor Association.
